What We Offer

Everything in
One Place

01

Taekwondo Training

Our Taekwondo program is offered free of charge to students in our before-and after-school USTC Child Care Program. Classes are held Monday through Friday, with each day dedicated to a specific belt level — building discipline, focus, and fitness through traditional martial arts.

02

Before & After School

A safe, structured place for your child before and after school. We provide transportation, homework help from certified tutors, enrichment activities, and daily Taekwondo training.

03

Sports & Activities

Basketball, soccer, volleyball, dance, gymnastics, art, and more. Our facility includes a full-sized basketball court and matted training area — keeping kids active and engaged every day.

04

Academic Support

Homework help and tutoring are built into the daily routine. Our certified tutors work closely with local schools to keep students on track and support their academic success.

05

CCAP Accepted

Rhode Island's Child Care Assistance Program accepted — quality care for every family.

06

Summer Camp

Full-day camps during school breaks packed with Taekwondo, field trips, sports, and activities — including pool days, museum visits, and trips to the park.

Taekwondo

The Belt
Journey

Five classes. Five levels. Every weekday, students train at their belt level — progressing from foundational discipline to black-belt readiness.

Monday

White Belt

Build strong fundamentals through basic stances, strikes, and Taekwondo etiquette. Students learn discipline and respect from day one.

Tuesday

Yellow Belt

Introduce new forms and combinations that strengthen coordination and timing. Students build on their foundation with greater focus and intention.

Wednesday

Orange Belt

Sharpen technique and movement with more challenging combinations and footwork. Students deepen their self-control and consistency.

Thursday

Green Belt

Advance through higher-level forms and more complex drills while building leadership habits on and off the mat.

Friday

High Belt

Precision training, mental toughness, and higher-intensity practice for blue belts and above preparing for black-belt readiness.

Every child deserves a place where they feel safe, supported, and challenged to grow.

More Than
Child Care

Our programs blend academics, athletics, and character development into a daily experience families count on. Through Taekwondo, team sports, and hands-on learning, students build the discipline, confidence, and community they need to succeed.
